That's an interesting take. I'm not sure about the whole "suicide bombing" thing, but I agree that the end game was.. "lacking". But that description brings up something that I admit I didn't really consider seriously right after. I did think the editing got crazy at the end, but I didn't really ponder that the WHOLE film might've got re-arranged. That'd make sense if true because it would at LEAST explain why Bruce was limping if that was supposed to be AFTER the fight with Bane. I could see if the plot had been: 1) Bane goes to Gotham 2) Bane cripples Batman 3) Bane takes over Wayne Industries (thru Talia) 4) Bane throws Bruce in the Pit 5) Batman returns and kicks ass That could also solve the problem you have if the timetable is shrunken to like a week or so. There could be any number of reasons for sitting on the thing for a week (including the original No Man's Land plot of trashing lots of things and then "legally" taking over the wreckage, ie. owning Gotham outright). But either way, I agree with pretty much everything you noted.
1) Bane goes to Gotham
