I'm not dead yet

I actually meant to update last week about how Aileen and I had our fifth anniversary and went out to this awesome-tastic vegan restaurant and then saw Spamalot, but I somehow never got around to posting. So yeah, I finally got to go to Millennium, which is this nice vegan restaurant in the city that serves some of the best food I have ever had in my life, made better by the fact that I got wine pairing with each course. Spamalot is hilarious, and it does a good job of using some of the classic jokes of Python's Holy Grail and blending them in with new material in a musical format.

This last weekend, Aileen and I started to work in earnest on an as-of-yet unnamed webcomic. So far, we only have one strip that's drawn, inked, and lettered (with some problems already needing to be addressed) but we were pretty excited about seeing a close to finished product emerge... We still need a name for it though, which is proving to be difficult, since the names we've been able to come up with have already been taken by other webcomics that are so bad or defunct that we should be allowed to use their names instead, because we are so much cooler. Hopefully soon I'll be able to post some finished product up here, so as to wet your appetites for regular doses of hilarity.

For the first time since Tomato House, I own a real couch!

Well, okay, it's technically a loveseat, but it beats the hell out of a futon!
