The longest day of the year!!!
When they said yesterday was going to be the longest day of the year they were not kidding. It all started with me not getting out of bed. Kylerainer tried to wake me and the next thing I know we are on our way to the hospital. He apparently had/has a kidney stone. After 7 hours in the er we headed home, with pain killers and a shit ton of nurses plotting my death. Hey, they were not taking good enough care of my boy. The rest of the evening was spent trying to make sure he was at least comfortable.
This morning I did not want to get up again. Luckily it didn't take a trip to the hospital to get me up. It did, however, take a couple extra hours of sleep! Things seem to be getting better on the pain front for him. Hopefully he will pass this thing soon. It is really draining to see the one you love in tons of pain and not being able to do anything about it. On the upside being home with him means Vette is half way to lvl 27!!
Time to go find some food for me. When your not on painkillers toast and cream cheese is just not enough.
