Delivery Method
Dooce changed the CRM system without telling anybody (CRM = Customer Relationship Management, i.e., everything having to do with our customers). Gee, thanks guys. But I finally managed to stumble on the piece I was looking for in its new location, so ok.
Now I'm hamstrung because in order to move forward with my current task, I am faced with the following question, "Delivery Method:" and here are my answer choices: Yes; No.
Um, what? "Delivery Method" is not a yes/no question. I don't know what the hell they're getting at here. I'm trying to sign somebody up for a newsletter, so at best the choice should be "Print/Email". (Although 90% of our newsletters are email-only, so whatevs)
Now I have to wait for the CRM people to respond to my email (within 48 hours! woo!).
