[Phone ; Public]So the chaos has finally settled down, and this is the type of game this town is in habit of pulling? Rather crudely done, and I've seen some tasteless things back home. At any rate, while I'd also rather let bygones be bygones, this can still be a good time to revise a few things. Namely, I'll review a study in homicide, the ( Read more... )

At least I'm giving it a shot. This isn't so much about being a magi as cold harsh common sense, but it also goes along with our first encounter, Toshaka Rin. It's nothing personal; I just came with Shiki to check things out. So what about you? Under these circumstances, do you begrudge us for having come after you with serious killing intent?

Haha, you think that I didn't take that into account? It would have definitely be an interesting match if we were all at our full, but the point was that we were not. Either way, even if I died, I would have learned something, so I wouldn't have minded at all - consider it a learning experience. If you're a magus, you should well understand this. Since I'm stuck here anyway and made immortal, I might as well as make use of what's around.

Is it really death if I'll come back again, without a single wound of how I was killed? It may be painful, but it'll probably be swift too, unless you were thinking of capturing me and torturing me? But you don't seem to have poor taste, so don't take me seriously there. That was a joke. [=3=] I would; this setting is still too irregular and alien, so I'd take anything with good reasons.

I'm not that tactless, and I don't take on more work than I know how much I can handle. Aaah, are your provoked?

Haha, tell me something I don't know. I don't specialize in offensive magecraft and I don't have the tools to make anything for battle purposes, so there's no point in me even trying to fight back right now. The most that I can do is support someone else. You, on the other hand... That was a pretty impressive display. What's your affinity?

Something like that. Shiki works for me, actually. Hahah, that's good for you.

...Oh? [There's an impressed whistle on the other end of the line. Yes, whistle.] No wonder. So you were born when the stars were rightfully aligned, hm? [A small chuckle.] The Academy wouldn't let someone like that go even if you weren't interested. So how long have you been studying?

No, she does the manual labor. I brief her about what she needs to know and take care of the details. [In other words: yes.

She would hit on Shiki get used to it.] Can't say I would know him, but that's a good attitude. So have you surpassed him?

[NOSTALGIC SIGH.] Hmm, those were the days. Have you made any friends or rivals? ...Probably the latter, the Clock Tower is more competitive than it was ever friendly. [A small snort, as if speaking from experience.]
