Well that was a letdown...
So. Hairography.
BIG GIGANTIC HUMUNGOUS thumbs DOWN to the mash up of Hair and Crazy in Love. I hate how the song was set up to convince Will that hairography was a bad idea, because it showed a beautiful musical in a negative light. By far my least favorite part of the episode.
Thumbs UP to Finn's complete adorableness, both when he was honest with Rachel about her looks and with Quinn later in the episode. They boy's growing on me, what can I say?
Thumbs DOWN to Puck. Period. Someone should sing Get Out and Stay Out from 9 to 5 to that boy.
Thumbs... sideways about Kurt's bitchy side coming out. Sure, it showed us that he means business... sorta... but it also gave his character more depth. I just didn't like how he had to go against Rachel and contradict the friendship theme from the last episode. Although it did get Rachel and Kurt some GREAT bonding potential, so, y'know... I can't decide how I feel.
Thumbs UP to Kurt's blatant honesty to Rachel about her personality and how she needs to work on that.
GINORNOUS thumbs UP to the school for the deaf's song, Imagine. That was gorgeous and if I hadn't been so angry about Hair, I would have been sobbing. BEAUTIFUL.
