[The feed opens on a piece of paper covered with... an oval and a square drawn with blue glitter?]

I believe that's long enough, Rosie.

[A hand that must be Rosie's takes away her latest masterwork, leaving Cecil in its place. Cecil, and a small pile of eggs set on pillows.]

It seems my Pokémon team have been enjoying themselves these last few days. ( Read more... )

feeling fulfilled, his babies are all grown up, actually happy, learning some very strange trades, not actually a breeder

[You know, it's probably not a smart idea to respond to this after he purposefully attempted to pick a fight with this man...]

[But since when has Archer ever make any good decisions?]

What sorts of Pokémon do you have here?

[Well, his traveling partner has one more Pokémon than he does, and that certainly isn't fair now is it? Perhaps something here will be genuinely useful...]

[Oh, it's that aggressive man. Not that Cecil seems particularly troubled.

...Of course, after dragons and malboros and everything else, rude people aren't particularly alarming.]

Caterpie, Swablu, Feebas, Ralts, Shinx, Houndour and Ekans, I believe. Are you looking for a type in particular?

[He is a serious villain, take him seriously!]

...A Fire-type would be useful.

[He hasn't heard of any of those Pokémon, but due to being in Mahogany Town and considering taking the Gym challenge... Yes, a Fire-type would be very useful.]

[It takes destroying a world to faze him, now. Anything less is just a boss battle.]

In that case, Houndour would be ideal. Dark- and Fire-type, with some strong attacks for both.

That certainly sounds useful. 1,500, correct? I'm assuming you have some means of delivering the egg?

Indeed. My Dragonite, Altaria, Delibird and Butterfree have all delivered eggs before. They've not caused any complaints.

[He's unfamiliar with any of the mentioned Pokémon, but Archer nods anyway.]

Good; I'll take one of those, then.

Would you rather have me send it now and receive it during the night, or would you prefer to wait until morning?

It doesn't particularly matter to me; whatever is easiest for you.

Very well. There will be a knock on your window at some point during the night.
