Не знаю, попадалось ли вам название этой лоббистской компании-инагента, но напомню, что Наталья Весельницкая зарегистрировала в Делавэре в феврале 2015 года «Human Rights Accountability Global Initiative Foundation» для противодействия Закону Магницкого. Один из лоббистов, работающий на эту компанию, - отставной советский и российский разведчик Ринат Ахметшин.
Одним из предшественников Жиганова был Юрий Зайцев, который в 2013 заинтересовал отдел контрразведки ФБР.
