Matters and Fictions of not Living in Reality
The fact is that I constantly, but secretly fall in love with people who I don't know, have entire relationships with them and then have a crushing break-up scene before they even know my last name. It's the novelty of meeting new people, the horizon of possibilities that may come out of this new connection. However the harsh reality of learning that they are painfully dull, boring, and have annoyingly trite personalities, smacks me in the face nearly every time. First impressions are almost always a facade, and they don't last forever.
