Sparring Class Sundays adding 15 painful minuets to each class each week.
Team Forms started last week, once a week.
Double Knife form to learn, perfect, perform.
Teaching every day.
Black belt class every fridays.
Jump rope 3 times a day for 3 minuets every day.
Run once a week.
No chocolate, minimun soda, carbs on Saterday nights.
