Actually excited to write about my day
Hehe, cool shit. Well, it's been the same shit that's been going on up here. I've been busy with school work and with the Fraternity: with pledging, partying, drinking, homework, classes, tests, exams; you know, the usual. So any ways I'm part of a group in Engineering design, and we just changed design concepts for this semester. Instead of doing an automatic dry-board eraser, we're going to do a design concept for a hand for our first robotics robot for the college. Theres problems with the robots, it has trouble trying to keep control of the tetra's on the field, and the professor's would like to have a new design and assembly to put on the robot. I know, it sounds lame to all ya'll, but I'm excited for other reasons as well. During spring break I'm going to work with Ryan on it, and in two weeks it has to be designed and built in one day, on Thursday. Professor Bertozzi and Professor Putnam wanted it driven down that Thursday night and brought in by 8:00 a.m. Friday morning. That way there they can register the robot with the new assembly and use it for the competition. If that's the case, I'd try to find a way so that me and Ryan would spend the weekend in Philly with Chad and Hippy. Oh the possibilities =) !!!! Then professor Bertozzi had a beautiful idea; we go to a college that is heavy into flight, why not fly us with the part down to Philly? I'm just psyched about the idea. It's a challenge, no doubt about that. For me, it's something different, and it sounds like fun to me. The only thing they have to check on is whether or not they can in fact use the hand assembly for the Phillidelphia regionals.
