no emo writting today. just a regular entry about my night.
last night i went to a hardcore show with Caitlyn, Laura, Lydia, and Kathleen. It was really fun because not too many people who i am tight with from the nmc (newmarket crew) were there. so it gave me a chance to make my own name in hardcore. ha ha ha. i just mean that it was nice to be able to hang out with people who i dont know too well, and not feel like they are only hanging out with me because of the people that i know. It was a good show. i throughly enjoyed myself. However, i was exhausted by the end of the night. I was SO ready to go home. Wanna know what else was cool? i had connections with 3/4 of the bands. THe bands were: A taste for Blood (i've seen them before, not my fav. but i still respect it), The Kill Decibel ( love these guys. they are so good musically and are awesome guys), Beloved ( i really liked these guys. THeir music was like Alexis on Fire almost, and we talked to them for a while because they had stayed over at Lydia's house last night), and Figure Four (wow. they keep getting better and better everytime i see them. They are cool guys too...i even got a shout out!! ha ha ha, i was so excited!). ANyway, it was a good show overall, and everytime i go to hxc shows, it makes me want to go to more. so i think now that i'm closer to TO more often, i'm going to try and make out to shows more often.
