Plot: In the spirit of films like Best In Show, A Mighty Wind, and Waiting For Guffman. The Supergroup brings you Sweeps!. Catherine McKnight (Jennifer Johnson) is a famous hollywood producer trying to get back on top of the game after a major failure. Her only hope for regaining her reputation is to produce a hit television show for Sweeps week. With the help of Network Executives Tedd and Teddy (Joshua Harris and Will Kane), she finds her excentric director Rebeeca Autovonschelper (Micheal Stauber) and her obnoxious writer Stephen King (Derek Kyle Noel). The cast of the show consits of The Rob (Kyle Silva) a big time star who is always acompanied by his Agent/Bodyguard Roy Belvedere (Daniel Oxford), Ricky Tuttle (James Pollard) a former child star trying to make a big hollywood comeback, and Kandie Kaine (Natasha Harris) a skanky absent minded actress. With Everyones careers on the line, will the tv-show be a hit... or miss?
The Screening will be held at BHS (Classroom to be Announced) after school on Thursday. The Film runs about an hour long so please be prepared to stay. We want everyone to come, so if you want to see the movie, dont hesitate to come the screening is for everyone.
