(no subject)
Far be it for me to say, that I have a pretty rad sister. She came up this past weekend to hang out and see the nuttyness that is my hamster. She watched me finish Tales of the Abyss, which is hands down the best video game I've ever played, that I've actually finished. Best gameplay, storyline, everything. I also finished World War Z, which has breeched my top 10 books of all time. Even if you don't read, this is a book no one should miss out on.
Back to my weekend.
Shannon and I played National Bingo Night on ABC and I think I suffered a brain aneurysm while playing it, so I don't think I'll be doing that again anytime soon.
Saturday was full of work, but I finished a smidge early and we went to the grocery so Shannon could have her fried chicken for dinner. I also made a fresh fruit salad that was gone by the end of the weekend. That night we went up to Chris' apartment to play Halo 2 which I though was going to be pure torture for her, but I think she really enjoyed playing. Honestly that was the best fun I've ever had playing that game. It was fun to just freakout, and I had plenty reason to (people sneaking up to assassinate you with a sword not being the ONLY one).
Sunday, I bought a record player and Emily came over to watch the Lost finale with Shannon and I. Great times.
Monday, had some ups then downs, but all in all it ended well. I went over to Aaron's house for a BBQ. Before the eating started Aaron, Chris and myself went to go film our short skit. After that it was just a series of hanging out. Oh not to mention some beer bottle top throwing. Good times mostly by all. I'm happy.
I went to Birch Bay for the first time at lunch today. I want to go again! Good times.
