Let the year of dorkdom begin!!!!
Today was officially the beginning of my dorkiest year...well..half year...whatever. I cracked open Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone today. What with the speculated release date of the final Potter book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" on July 7, 2007 (7-7-07), I decided I would read one of the previous six books a month until July when I could get my hands on the last one. So I started today, seeing as I figure it'll take me a few days to read SS, and I need to be able to control my reading until February starts...I can't get ahead of myself. And yes, if you notice I did say the "speculated" release date...well..I figure if nothing else, even if I don't get the new book in July, I am getting the new movie in my birthmonth, which is nice. Needless to say 07 is set to be Harry Potter's year, and by dammit, I'm ready to ride this tidal wave of dorkdom straight to geek heaven.
