(no subject)
well today is thursday August 8th
It started like any other day and then took the strangest turn...ok ok ok it stayed like any other day.
I have been dog sitting this entire week and am in line for some cold hard cash. like 50 bucks. I'm going to save it for the MA renaissance festival.
today was a practice day so of course right at the time we need to leave for practice my mother gets this inexplicable urge to do a little grocery shopping. so I'm looking at the clock in the car when we get back in...It says 6:30. I'm a little disturbed by this seeing how thats what time practice starts. luckily traffic was moving and I was at the feild before the warm up was over. Practice was fun though. we spent the day scrimmaging which is always good for our skills. then we did this fun and challenging new dril where one person pops the ball straight up in the air and the person on thier right passes them another ball which they pass on to the player on their left and then catch the ball they threw up in the air. Lets just say it took us a few trys to get it right.
Did I mention that I scored my first tri last saturday.
anyways the tournament is on sunday and then I'm going to vermont on wednesday(yippe).
Vicky and I had a very intense convorsation in art on monday on the topic of weather intelligence is hereditary.I'm still not sure quite who won the argument so we'll just leave it as such: it could be possible but maybe not.
oh and new band news:
treble charger's new cd is due out withing a month
Sr71's new cd is going to be out thisfall
new found glory is really good
and simple Plan (the guys fron the six flags comercial) are actually really good.
