Christmas lights make everything better....
Last night was the second annual Boysville Manor Chanukah Party. It was one of the happiest nights I've had in a really long time. All my close friends showed up, and it was one of those rare occasions when the unexpected people that show up are also great to hang around. Carson had the idea to make real maragaritas, and with the keg in addition, everyone got pretty tanked. I've never seen Nora that drunk. She wound up throwing limes at me. Dan puked....a lot, and I recorded it on my field recorder. My memories are really broken for most of the night, but it was good to have Carson, Dan, Guy, Elliot, Andrew, and Zach all at the party. Despite the number of parties I've had over here, I don't think they've ever been all here at the same time.
Today was pretty haggard, but I composed myself to record Gypsy Cab. It was a pretty long session, but it was chill, and I made a lot of money for five hours of work. Now I'm basically comatose on the couch with Jackson. Only two more weeks left of school for the semester. Can't wait for it to be over. However, in all reality, if I just had time to hang out, and all my friends were going to be here, I'd probably just stay. I don't really have many people left to hang out with back home, and despite the weather being way nicer, it's usually bittersweet.
There are some exciting things on the horizon before I take off for Texas though. Can't wait.
