hey. im right now in new york, coming home in about an hourish. i have to say my reaction to this trip is very different from what i expected. i expected to go to albany college of pharmacy just to go so i could go home and say "i saw the college. now can i go to ohio northern. but you know something? i liked the college a lot to tell ya the truth. i felt a sense of excitement when driving into albany. and the college seemed very different than before cauz there were actually ppl there. the people just seemed nicer for some reason. my counciler was really nice and the financial aid guy was really nice (and really hott too, like an older version of JEFF). then we got a tour of campus. there's only like 1000 ppl that go there but there are like 5 colleges in that imediate area. if i wanted to go take music, i could take it at another college nearby if i wanted. pepsi arena (equiv to gund arena) is like 2 miles away and there's a lot to do around since its a city. but its a smaller city than pittsburgh and a lot less imtimidating. plus i figure i wont have much time to travel to see hudson friends at miami, osu anyway and i will be home for winter and summer. there's a new feel out here so much different from hudson. hudson is a bubble right? well onu is in a bubble in the middle of cornfields. acp is def not a bubble. and you can meet different ppl. at onu ppl are upper middle class white from ohio. in albany, ppl are coming from all over, including canada. there's so much opportunity there. plus nyc is like 2 hrs away and boston's 4. so yeah now i want to go to albany. big change from a couple days ago. i was set on onu. ( i even got an acp hoodie-that must mean something). hope your day is well. i'll ttyl in hudson.
