Ahh, it's nice to be back at school. I had my first class of what proves to be my most awesome semester to date, and it didn't disappoint. It was 'Phenomenology and Existentialism', and it's going to be easy and awesome. And the prof is waaaay better than the reviews make her out to be (at least on first impression).
In other news, I am addicted to the itunes music store. It's making all my money disappear at the rate of .99 per click. It's too eeeeeeasy. I can't stop myself.
My books for this semester cost a total of 1,785,999 dollars.
We're actually doing some philosophy of religion in Existentialism- Kierkegaard and Tillich and Buber and people like that. I can't wait. I already know what my term paper is going to be on.
That class does have one fatal flaw, however. You know how there's that guy in every class, the one who raises his hand six hundred times in order to make some asinine comment about how he's suddenly drawn a connection to what the professor said and some other philosopher whom he's never read but wants to name drop, and how he would like the professor's comment on that? Yeah. Argh.
