Happy Birthday, Harry Potter (and Neville and Jo, too)
Last night and this afternoon, I've been watching all the movies they are showing on television in celebration of Harry Potter's birthday. I'm rather surprised at the the scenes I've noticed that I don't remember seeing before, like the scene at Fleur and Bill's wedding where Xenophilius Lovegood calls the people at the Daily Prophet," toadies", and there is also one where a Death Eater is seen searching the Granger's house. I'm glad they put the scene with Petunia and Harry back in the film. It's a powerful scene, and if I recall correctly, it was originally presented as a deleted scene, only available on DVD.
As always, the acting, the sets, the costumes, the CGI, and the lighting are magnificient, and I'm enjoying a relaxing afternoon re-watching it again.
