I'm back!!!
Hey LJers. It's been a while hasn't it? I'm sure no one missed me, but sorry, I am back for now. I don't think I wrote much once I got back from China. I am just sitting here almost ready to get dressed and stuff to go tutor. Doesn't it suck that one must do that at this time of morning to work on a Saturday? I can't complain because I only have to tutor for two hours, I get paid some sort of measly wage, and I haven't had to work for the past few Saturdays due to holidays and because of something I had going last week.
After tutoring, I always either go home and Gerry comes to my house or I leave tutoring and go to his house. Lately I have been going to his house because everything we do is in Orange County. Today I need to go buy something for my grandma's birthday and Gerry needs to take back a jacket he got at Express. He liked the jacket and it was this big, long, drawn-out debate on whether or not he should buy it, but now that he has it, he listened to me when I said that he just isn't an Express person. He is more of a Billabong, Quiksilver, and Famous Stars and Straps kind of guy. I think he should stick to Pac Sun or somewhere like that. He isn't some tiny little metrosexual Asian. He is built and more manly and he doesn't fit with those kinds of clothes. Aside from that, I really don't know what our plan is. I think we are going to go watch Gridiron Gang because it is a story based on the LA County Probation Department, whom he works for. We will also go eat dinner, because we always do that.
Aside from that, my week was okay. It was hot for the first part. I have a presentation in my Monday class this coming Monday so I was glad I got to see examples this past week. Asian Studies was the same thing. The teacher talking about the readings and making us answer questions. Health Science was the same ol' thing, making me feel bad for my lifestyle. I guess that is why I worked out three times so far this week. That class makes me feel so bad about myself. Stress Management was cool because I got two extra credit points that go towards my exam since my team won this putting game and we also won this game where we had to try to pass handfuls of objects without dropping them. I know that sounds weird, but it has to do with levels of stress at different times. Work was work...terrible. I can't stand work and I don't think I ever will be able to until I get an actual job that is worth something. Sylvan tutoring is okay too. It hasn't been the same since they put the new bitchy director there. She is the worst director I have seen because of her totalitarian attitude and her demeanor. I hate that she even works for that company.
