(no subject)
Thursday at the DGR:
While I was working alone, I got a very random, freaky phone call. Some guy wanted to know if we sold gift certificates, which we do. And then somehow he went on to talk about ties and then he started talking about nylons. He started asking me questions about nylons and what kind I wear. Don't ask me why I didnt just hang up on him. He was probably going on and on about nylons for about 6 minutes, at which point I wasn't really pay attention but restocking the cones. Once he finally hung up, I freaked out and was terrified of being alone there. I called up my mommy and she came and stood guard and protected me from all freaky scary guys.
Friday:
The day started off at 9:45 with me driving to Kym's house to pick her up and take her to Somerset. On the way there, we managed to get lost and drove about 10 miles in the wrong direction. So, the 45 minute route ended up taking us an hour and 45 minutes instead. We shopped for a bit, maybe an hour or so, not too long. We found a coat that costed $1378... INSANE!
Next we drove to Ann Arbor so that I could buy Terra a birthday present. crazy birthday presents.
I took Kym home around 5 and then set off for Trenton for Terra's Birthday. Stayed there for a few hours, and got back home around 10.
Overall: 5 hours in the car, 200+ miles on my car and lots of fun.
