4 a-friggin-m!!!
The fire alarm went off around 4 this morning. I was so confused when I woke up. I hadn't been asleep for long, and I was sooo out of it. I thought maybe it was my alarm clock or phone, but then I realized I would be hearing music and not that damn buzzing. So, once I got myself together enough to put on a coat and some shoes, I went out to the hall and saw people running out of the building, so I got really freaked out. Luckily I found Colleen, so that made me feel better. We were out there forever though, and it was sooo cold with just my little silk PJs on! When the alarm finally stopped we went back in, but it's kinda disconcerting to not really know why it went off. I liked in middle school how the teachers and principal would come around and say, oh, it was just a prank, blah blah blah, and then we all felt safe about going in. But living in a dorm, no one ever knows that kind of stuff! And it's kinda scary to think of all the drunk people who could possibly burn the place down...uggh, I'm so sick of dorm life!
