What a difference a day makes...

Today was better...(not perfect, that issue is still there, but better).

I went to Bri's for a bit, and we explored the woods behind his house. My shoes got really muddy, but it was worth it. It reminded me of childhood. Sometimes it's really the little things that matter the most. The he and Andy fixed a kite and were trying to fly it, so that amused me and Kate pretty well.

On my way home I took Maple, and I ended up running into Dad and Ruth. Kinda awkward at first, but it's a good thing. We talked, and I'm going to go visit him tomorrow. You do only get one Daddy...and I sure did miss mine. Still a bit mad at him...but that's just the way he is...and deep down inside, I know that he'll always love me and I'll always be his little girl, and that's something that there's really no substitute for.

Then Alicia and Jason brought Kaden over to Momma's for us to babysit! He's gotten sooo big! I did run to Starbucks for a bit to see some peeps, and then Bri came back home with me to do some more Kaden-watching. He really likes being sung to! The lullaby from Mary Poppins was a big hit, as was "Feed the Birds." I also sung some tonal patterns to him. He really did seem to prefer the major to the minor, but he liked the minor parts of Mary Poppins! He was so cute though, and Brian held him and was wonderful with him. :)

Ahh, I'm so sad that break is ending, but I do miss my MSU peeps, and it will be good to just get the semester over and have summer! This beautiful weather is making me really have Spring Fever!!!

I'm sure I'll be uploading a ton of photos once I get back to school, so check Yahoo Photos and Facebook later in the week.

I hope you all had good breaks! Shout out to my wife--I'm always here for you!! I love you!
