Dear Loud Co-Worker,
If someone asks you to quiet down because they're sensitive to loud noise, you do it. You don't get louder and insult the person until they break down into tears. Hell, even if someone asks you to quiet down and you are unaware of any health issues surrounding loud noise, you still do it. It's called being a decent human being.
