I just sent airsplat an email, it reads as follows.
Dear Airsplat,
This now being the FOURTH email that I have sent to you guys, with not one response, I will type in all caps so that you guys can understand this. I'll go slow, I promise.
I SENT AN EMAIL TO CANCEL 2 ITEMS ON THIS ORDER 2 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED.
I GOT NO REPLY.
THE ORDER GOT SHIPPED ANYWAYS, WITH NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON LOOKING AT/READING/ OR RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS.
I NEED TO SEND THE RINGS AND THE SCOPE BACK SINCE THEY ARE NOW IN MY POCESSION AND I DO NOT WANT THEM.
PLEASE SEND ME A CALL TAG FOR THESE ITEMS, SO THAT I CAN SEND THEM BACK TO YOU.
Now, since this is the LAST time I am following protocal VIA YOUR WEBSITE, WHICH STATES TO EMAIL WITH ANY PROBLEMS OR TO CANCEL AN ORDER, if I do not get a response or phone call BY END OF BUSINESS TOMORROW. I will ship these back myself, and contact my credit card company to deny the charges. If I do not get a response tomorrow, things I will not be in a good mood, and you can guarentee I WILL be calling first thing wednesday. Thank you very much.
