Residential area? Cause they come down much harder on people in residential area's with good reason.

Now that I remember my own ticket, an outstanding fine doesn't cause arrest on a traffic violation usually, instead your licence is suspended. This looks VERY bad when you go to get insurance, to the tune of it may be much more expensive to not pay the fine.
