Freaking Census.

I filled mine out and sent it in when I got it. Now I have another one in the mail. Did they not get my first one? Should I send it in again? Am I fixing to be fined for not sending something in when I already sent it in? If I send it in again do I get in trouble because I will be counted twice?

I AM SO CONFUSED! IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THIS COMPLICATED!
