Haha! Thank you for that! I was feeling quite abandoned in my work, after the desire to be productive today left me without as much as a "dear john letter". Your post proved to be the perfect pick-me-up.

Incidently, if this had happened in Vancouver, the homeless Asian man would quite possibly find himself accomodated by a trednily dressed, non-fat latte/mocha (seasonal or otherise)-sipping Westender (downtowner). Pot is like water here. Though encounters across so many class lines are rare, they happen, and are frightfully fascinating to behold when they do.
