R.I.P Chris Walters
So I haven't posted in a while.
A lot has been going on!
On Saturday the 13th of December, a family friend, Chris Walters, was killed in a single vehicle motorcycle accident.

That's the official police thing on it.
On Sunday we spent hours down at the Homestead remembering all the good times we all had with Chris :] it was hard to see a whole group of men crying like they were...
I don't think the Monday following was very eventful.
On Tuesday (16th) I pretty much spent the day with my sister Phillippa shopping for Christmas stuff and taking mum lunch at work.
Quality time that is not usually spared!
Wednesday was my 18th birthday...all I can say is DAMN.
Ryan (my brother) and his girlfriend decided they wanted to take me to the Four Mile (local pub thing) for my first (legal) drink. So we did that. Then Phillippa was on her way home from work so she stopped in to have a drink with me as well and Ryan and his gf left...Dan, the bar guy and Phillippa's boyfriend, made me a cool looking pink drink. haha. But nooo Phillippa decided that wasn't enough and got us these cocktails that had like SIX different types of alcohol in them! Jesus Christ. Haha. Once we finished those...she got more, but only vodka and squash this time! Then she showed me how to bet. lol I think about 5 drinks in an hour or so...
We had to leave after that, other wise I was going to be late for my own birthday dinner thing....and we were. x]
We only went to Gills at Chermside but it was fun :] I don't remember who all was there... Me, mum, Nikki, Cameron, Ryan, his gf, Phillippa, Daniel, Steven, Chris, Rob, Sam, Kristen, their baby...uhm...Mogz...I think I'm forgetting some people. haha.
Phillippa bought me a Long Island Ice Tea...too much alcohol for one night I was thinking...until mum got me more vodka...and then a randm guy named Dan bought me one too! Phillippa made me go over and talk to him :-S
I mostly just talked to Phillippa, Cameron, and Dan (the sisters boyfriend one..not random cute one haha)
I do have some photos...I'll post them eventually. :D
The day after, Thursday, was Chris's funeral =[ First one I'd ever been to.
I went with Phillippa, Daniel and Rob.
Dan and I decided we'd rather be going to the book exchange. I didn't like it at all, as you wouldn't of course...
I didn't expect that we'd have to go to the burial! I was so clueless about it. That was the worst part of the whole day IMO, seeing him being put into the ground.
Once we left to make our way to Kat's (Chris's girlfriend at the time) house for the wake we stopped for lunch...and to purchase alcohol...AGAIN. met up with a bunch of people at Hungry Jacks (Burger King for you Americans...) then went to Kats.
After all that the group ended up going back to Nikki and Camerons for more drinks or whatever. Nikki wasn't too happy hahahaha.
A guy named Jason ended up catching a ride from Kat's to Nikki's with Daniel, Phillippa, Rob and I...I called front seat luckily..it was the most disturbing but hilarious car ride I'd ever been on. Thank God for Daniel being there so I wasn't all alone in a car full of crazies. Jason needed to pee so many times!! And he kept rubbing his hands on me! Ewww hahaha. I like Daniel a whole lot more now after that....ORDEAL. The book exchange was still looking SO tempting. haha.
It was fun though, and the people at Nikki's were all very nice :]
I got told that I need to start loving hugs.
Friday was uneventful...TOO HOT TO DO ANYTHING!!!!!
So this was my week...it had it's ups and downs. But I'll certainly never forget it any time soon.
