Corrupted .Mov file---can anyone out there fix it?

All I need to repair is the one file (it's approximately 4 minutes) and I feel $39 is a bit steep (I only need to use it once, not five times).
If anyone can do this for me I will gladly compensate them with a mixture of art, buttons and/or $$.
