on the same note, another pick-me-up last night was food. good 'ol food, at trusty Guu at Aberdeen actually. highly underrated compared to their other locations. a fantastic meal with great company can change my mood instantly, which flutuates so frequently these days. i am so blessed i need to constantly remind myself, every single minute. seconds, actually. :]
