been sick past few days and what i have ruled out is food posioning so checked
out few sites came up with the symptoms i have

Tiredness
Vomiting/Diorreah
abdominal pain aka stomach cramps

so yes i have food posioning well i think

went to werk with my b/f on sat sleept most of today went shopping
