Remember that war I waged against a certain furry bastard?
I won the battle! About 4 nights after I left, one of the traps I had purchased for my Mom which we had set, had a furry creature in it. Muwahahaha. I laugh evilly in a good sorta way.

So I'm back in Boston. I definitely have a love hate relationship with this city. And I'm scared because I know it's going back into "hate season." Ugh. I miss my sunny and warm winters. :-( That and I think I finally see what they mean about the fast pace east coast life style. I just don't feel really connected here. I love the school (now that I'm finally not doing ear training or guitar proficiencies and I am actually taking my songwriting classes) but I miss having really close friends. :-/ And I think I started to notice the "growth/distance" in between me and people back home. I miss family. I miss my peeps. I also quit starbucks. Had my last shift labor day weekend. And then I proceeded to get sick. I still have a nasty cough. :-(
I bought a mini-portable keyboard today. It doubles as a midi controller. I've been needing something so I could write assignments on at home and not always have to be in the piano rooms. And like with swine flu coming, I know the practice rooms at Berklee AREN'T the most hygienic places on campus. :-/
