Ringside
On Friday Zev, Beth, Luis, Tasha, Rob, Vicki, whats his face, Irish, and myself all went to ringside in Durham. It wasn't all that much fun, but the old building it was in was so awesomley posh. It is this old 3 story building dowtown that kind of reminds me of a whore house(but a classy whore house) with all its little rooms here and there. The bottom floor is for dancing with loud music, flashing lights, and other slightly amusing things. The way the seating is arranged it looks sort of like train cars. Above this is a bar and a little bitty hallway with miscellaneous rooms. Above that is another room where they show movies and stuffs. It's especially cool because it only welcomes straight people once a month9probley when all the gay guys are on the rag, wait what), and has little dips in the wood from where it settled. It feels cool like you are going to fall through the floor into the bar...by accident...er.. something. Anyways no one was there this time but,there were a lot of jerks for us to make fun of. Lets see we had Bangs(the emo kid), Hong Kong Fooey(this adorbale little asian kid), threads (this guy in really crappy clothes all except his leather jacket which looked brand new), and Janet Reno (this boy who looked like janet reno in a cut off shirt. Like I said, great times.
