after playing basketball for an hour with ashley, anna, chaz, & jon,
i decided to take a dip in chaz's pool.
he warned me how cold it was,
but i never listen.
the water felt like a million needles
stabbing me in the same spot over and over.
i thought i was going to have a heartattack.
but, i caught my breath after 30 seconds
& then i felt calm, satisfied--alive.

i also transformed my winter wardrobe
into a very cute summer wardrobe.
