Media fast
Most of the things in the media are meaningless, things that don't matter now and that for sure don't make any sense to be read in 5, 10, or 50 years.
Most of the things learned and taught in the schools don't make any sense now, and 95 % of what is taught now is somehow meaningless and should be forgotten in 5 years.
99- 99,9 % of the time in any school is wasted - it could be used better.
80-99,9 % of the things around in the Western world are waste - they are not needed, htey are not wanted, they are not loved, they are not desired, they are just waste and broken.
And even so many thoughts are waste. Just as you probably should not wear every day the same shirt you wore 20 years ago, you probably should not think the same.
I have yet to discover how the total media disintoxication works. No ready digested thoughts, no reaady made world views, just a week of being away of any media, anyone telling how the world "is", just a total media fast.
