I do not know what to do in a wedding! There hasn't been any sort of "rehearsal"... oh my. What if something goes terribly wrong? What if the minister does not show up? What if Christine does not show up because she has changed her mind? What if I do something horrid by accident? Worse, what if I do something horrid on purpose?
*takes off mask and wipes perspiration from brow* Speaking of masks, although no one said anything about them, I found a rather nice one for the wedding... I thought it should be white, as my usual black is a tad dreary for such an occasion.
Made some touch-ups to the designs for our house this morning. Should get the drawings up soon.

I am so happy that today has finally come, but all the same, I feel as though I may be ill at any moment. Five hours until we are husband and wife! How gloriously strange! And not a Vicomte in sight!
...no, no, I shan't jinx myself.
I long to be with her again. Tonight will be so wonderful...
