SNAP - Uxie betterthanawiki October 24 2010, 06:12:28 UTC
Character: Uxie
How Deep?: Not very deep at all. He's become a cautious little creature. Uxie values his privacy -- he only lets people see what he wants them to see, generally.

Skimming -- Utter mental silence in and of itself is pretty suspicious, so Uxie will probably let a trickle of mundane thoughts out. All carefully censored or intentionally misleading, of course.

For fun, he may even attempt to simply read Euphie's mind and bounce her thoughts back her way. Provided you are okay with Uxie reading her mind, of course. Or he might start plotting a wildly complicated and absurd murder involving a system of pulleys, a rubber chicken, a Phillips screwdriver, and a cricket bat. Or he might start thinking about the lyrics to the song that never ends.

Surface Memory -- And here's where the mental filters start showing up. Uxie tends to relax his mental defenses when he's asleep, so it's possible she might be able to slip through, if it's for something important. Mostly thoughts about Mesprit and Azelf. Bob, Dana, and Giratina, too. Maybe a snippet of pain and resentment, if he's thinking about Cyrus. If you really want, she could possibly pick up on his mischievious side -- stuff like the fake poisoning, etc. Just... don't go telling the entire school about it, if possible.

Deep Memory -- Top Secret No Girls Allowed :'(

What Will She See?: Intentionally misleading stuff aside, if she digs in deep, she would probably be hit with a collosal amount of information. As being of knowledge, Uxie probably has a lot going through his head at any given moment. Imagine having 10 songs stuck in your head, all playing at once, while reciting your 12 times tables and trying to conjugate the verb avoir. Also you're driving a truck while you're doing that.

Landscaping: He tends to default to his home beneath the surface of Lake Acuity, but most folks aren't that comfortable imagining themselves submerged in freezing water. If he's aware he has a "visitor", and they're not an unwelcome one, he'll try to arrange something he thinks they'd find more comfortable.
