And Kara was there in a flash, instantly wrapping her arms around Thelma and hugging her close.

"Oh god, I missed you so much," she said, already feeling herself tearing up.

Kara leaned back and wiped a tear away that was threatening to fall.

"Thelma, you left and I never got to tell you how much you meant to me," Kara said. She needed to say this. "I care about you so much and I totally always lead you on and I'm so sorry I didn't realize how much I cared about you until you left."
