amherst physical
I went to go get my physical for Amherst today. I still have to get immunized against certain ailments and give a blood sample on Thursday. Here's an amusing exchange from today's visit to the doctor:
Quick note: The physician doing my physical was a female but she's obese, grotesque, and a little mean
Doctor: I'm going to need to see your penis and testicles
Me: What?
Doctor: Your testes
Me: Ok
Doctor: Would you like someone else to be in the room?
Me: Someone else? Like who? A nurse? A family member? And why?
Doctor: Someone else. Just in case you're uncomfortable
Me: Trust me, I'm comfortable

Ken Jennings won his 25th straight Jeopardy match today. I didn't watch Jeopardy before, but ever since Manish told me about this guy's streak (I think he told me around the 10th day), I've been following it. He's a software engineer from Utah. What a Mormon genius...David Hsu would be proud.
