I can help you out. 'Course, all the stuff I make's gonna be made out of rock, but I can make the slide real smooth.

Out of rock? That would be really good, actually! I was trying to think of how to make this stuff without wood. I remember playing on a playground with wood, and I came home with like... five splinters!

Give me a couple minutes and you'll have at least a slide.

But we need to figure out the right place for it! I dunno if the playground should be here or by the fountain or wherever the adults wanna put the kids...

Figures the adults would start getting bossy about the kids. And then that kid I was talking to yesterday sounded just like an adult. Disgraceful, I tell you. All this talk about keeping things neat and taking care of ourselves.

We're just fine by ourselves! I live with teenagers back at home, and we don't need any grown-ups to look after us. They're even trying to break us up and send us to foster homes! It's like they don't even think about what we might want.

Yep, that's pretty much the way my parents are. They're too busy trying to stick me in my room forever to think that I might have opinions, too. They always think they know what's best for you.

Exactly! And usually what we want is the complete opposite of what they want.
