i went to "international night" last night at my cousin delaney's/my old elementary school. they had all these countries set up & you had to identify the flags and you got prizes at the end! i got a pencil, an erases & a pencil sharpener shaped like a globe. i saw my bff, hannah. the girl who would constantly make comments about black people & how they can't read in front of me in seventh grade. when i was in seventh grade, my reading level went up to 12.5. higher than twelfth grade. and i had been identified as "gifted" in like second grade. so it was kind of funny, her saying that. but i was offended, of course. so yeah. she was there. and some kids from my school. they were dressed up and did a greek dance. it was fun. i'm going to go hang out with delaney because i'm supposed to be babysitting her.
