Oh, also, my favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals won the World Series last week. They were the first team I ever cheered for, and this is the second time I got to see them win it all. I'm turning 30 years old in less than two weeks, and this is sort of a link between my childhood and now. The last time I saw the Cardinals win the World Series, it was 1982, and I was just about to turn 6. Now, at nearly 30, I got to see it again. I'm not really an emotional person (especially about things I can't control like a sports event), but I do think it's pretty cool.
