Brenn I don't understand the whole "eat babies" hype. Maybe you can enlighten me on that. I have never understood how that could be remotely funny to anyone. I know you are not serious.........but at the same time it is just not funny to me. And you liking cannibals......I don't get it. But, alas, I still love you more than a fat kid would love cake. Sigh.
Anyways, I worked the "mud drags" this weekend meaning I sold coffee and snacks out of a trailer in the heat of the show. And it was amazingly hot but windy so I was getting blown with dust from the cars for two days. Mud drags are exactly what they sound like.......drag racing in mud. It was pretty cool to watch, but REALLY loud. So that was my weekend.
I still miss my boy like crazy, but I got to talk to him on Friday night/Saturday monring.......yeah we are all-nighters......I know......I am pathetic (it was only for 2hrs or so). Anyways, it was awesome to hear his darling voice again, he has informed me that he lost two fingernails this week planting......one of them being from his ring finger!!!! So that is unfortunate.....Brenn you thought you're job was bad. Try tree planting!!!! It sounds like pure hell. HELL. He is making gobs of money though because he is really good at it so that is good. Worth it in the end I guess.
I made a total of $6 in tips this weekend.......I worked 12 hrs.......needless to say I am disheartened with mankind. Come on people, I am COVERED with dust for crying out loud. Gusts of dust flying into my trailer and dirtying my stir sticks and straws........wah wah wah. My lips started feeling pretty gross near the end let me tell you! Not to mention my hair......ick. My platinum blonde hair no less!
So Ms. Brenna when is this "Chilliwack visit" going down? Tell me tell me tell me!
Okay folks I am gonna sign off now. Thanks for responding Pat! I am just going to check off 4 bedroom-Phase 2 and hope for the best. I also changed the whole phase 1 crap that they wrote on it with a black sharpee to the right building. So hopefully they will get the point! That is awesome that you got dreads!!! So much fun eh. Good on ya! So how long do you plan to have them then? Isn't it kind of a do or die situation? You either keep them forever or bic your head!!! Yikes!
