Summary: This is when Jonghyun likes Key and Key has crush for Minho and Minho chases Onew and Onew dates his books and Taemin...is just Taemin who tries to solve all those love problems but he doesn't have idea how.

lee taemin had just arrived in his new high school. he jumped excitedly off the school bus and smiled widely, looking around the very wide yard of the school. why lee taemin really wanted to enter the school? it was because his cousin was there and he kept telling taemin how awesome his school was. taemin had been interested in the school since that time. it was his dream school, of course he was happy to enter it.
he saw his (soon-to-be) friends getting off the bus one by one. he spent his time sleeping earlier, so he hadn’t had any friend yet. well, it’s not long until a black haired tall boy with handsome face and cold impression got out and all attention was all his. some girls were whispering about how lucky person who could be his boyfriend or girlfriend. but, it wasn’t like taemin interested anyway. he didn’t like cold boy.
“okay, students!” the teacher clapped her hands to gain attention, “we’ll attend the opening ceremony tomorrow. for today, you can spend your spare time to rest or look around your new school. after taking out your stuffs from the bus’ trunk, please gather in front of me in four rows. start from now.”
taemin slung his carrier and headed to the bus. but, the crowd was too dense and he looked like a lost child, standing there with nothing to do.
“aigoo, you’re not taking your luggage?” someone asked him.
taemin turned his face and found a boy with feline eyes and diva-ish aura, smiling motherly to him, “err…i think i’ll wait until the crowd diminish…”
“naah, it’ll be a long time.” he said, “let me take it for you, which one?”
“it’s okay…”
“come on! tell me which one!”
taemin scratched the back of his head in confusion, “err…the black one with white strip on its side and there’s ‘lee taemin’ written on the nametag, hanging on the grip…”
“okay!” the feline eyed boy nodded. he disappeared in the crowd and re-appeared fast with his own luggage and taemin’s.
“is it right?” he put it in front of taemin’s feet.
“yep.” taemin nodded, “thank you! i’m lee taemin, nice to meet you.”
“i’m kim kibum. but i prefer to be called key. nice to meet you too, taemin!”
“let’s line up!” taemin invited his new friend.
they ran toward the teacher and lined up side by side together.
after several minutes, all students had lined up straightly. the teacher smiled contently and raised her arm to silence the blabbering students.
“okay, now keep your lines straight and follow me to the dorm buildings.” she said.
the students were chatting excitedly on their way, including taemin and key.
“oh, so you came from daegu??” taemin confirmed the information he’d just got from key.
key nodded enthusiastically, “yeap, and how about you, taemin?”
“i’m from seoul.” taemin smiled.
“so, why are you getting yourself a dorm?” key asked.
“well, it’s pretty far and tiresome to keep staying at home. so my mom suggested me to get a room in school dorm.”
“i see.” key nodded, “i hope our rooms not too far. so we can visit each other easily.”
“hopefully!” taemin giggled.
“okay, students!” mrs. shim, their teacher, stopped, “the boys dorm is on the right and the girls’ one is on the left. go toward your own dorm, and don’t try to sneak into girls’ dorm, boys! then, you will find the receptionist on the ground floor. tell your name and they will give you your key cards. that’s all for to day! see you tomorrow at the opening ceremony! rest well, yeah!”
“thank you, mrs. shim!” all students answered and separated to their own dorms.
“i hope the room is spacey…” key said.
“hope so too.” taemin agreed, “is one room for one boy?”
“i think so.”
“okay, boys!” a man clapped his hands to gain attention, “i’m shin donghee, your front officer. and this is my partner kim youngwoon.”
“hi, guys!” another man waved his hands.
“i prefer to be called shindong hyung, by the way. and you can call my partner kangin hyung.” shindong smiled, “now, i’ll call your name one by one by alphabet, instead of all of you come to me, to get your key cards. let’s start. hmm…bang yongguk.”
a blond boy with firm face stepped forward and got his key card before going toward a corridor.
“choi minho.”
the black haired tall boy who had gained attention since he got off the bus stepped forward.
“isn’t he handsome??” key whispered to taemin.
taemin turned his face to key with mouth open.
“what?” key pouted, “you’re not a homophobic, are you??”
“no, no!” taemin shook his head, “i mean, i am too! i just never expected to find friend such as me!”
“great!” key clasped his hands, “i love it!”
“can you stop gossiping, ladies?” a boy with dino-like face interrupted them, “this is not ladies’ dorm, you know? maybe you got lost?”
key and taemin made a face.
“oh, shut up!” key retorted, “we don’t know you anyway, why should we hear you?!”
“because i’m handsome?” the boy smirked.
taemin nearly puked hearing that, “yeah, you’re handsome…”
“taemin!” key exclaimed, “you didn’t mean it, right?!”
“i’m not done.” taemin grinned, “he’s handsome, key, really, for a bunch of female dinosaurs.”
key burst into laugh, “you heard that, dino boy?!”
the dino-like boy sulked and rolled his eyes.
“kim jonghyun.”
the dino faced boy rose and took his key card, not forgetting to give key and taemin mocking face.
after some students, key was called.
“kim kibum.”
“it’s mine.” key smiled to taemin, “see you again later, taemin!”
taemin waved at his new friend and sighed, he was alone again.
there were three ‘lee’ names called, lee kikwang, lee jonghyun and lee minhyuk, before finally taemin’s turn.
“here.” shindong gave him a white key card, “your room number is 409 in the west tower. it’s on the fourth floor. anything else?”
“hmm, where’s kim kibum’s room?”
“ah, he’s your newest friend, isn’t he?” shindong smiled, “he’s in 323 in south tower.”
“thank you, shindong hyung.” taemin smiled and headed to the west tower.
taemin learned that there were four towers for boys’ dorm only, south, west, north and east. from what he read on the banner at the center of middle yard of his dorm, each tower had twelve floors excluding the ground floor where there was its own cafeteria that could accommodate all students in the tower.
“damn…” taemin whispered in amazement, “this school is monstrous…”
taemin continued his way to his own room. he had to take a lift first and he had got lost for a while before he managed to get into his own room.
he picked his phone and texted his cousin.

hyung! i’ve arrived in our school! hurry, meet me up!
