twenty-four years overdue
things picked up after a low yesterday morning. work doesn't really seem to have ups and downs anymore - just a short list of projects i'm racing to finish by the time i leave. it makes me productive, but it's hard to remember specifically what i did during the day.
after, i went on a date with chris. i think it was the best date i've ever had with him. we went to the raza cultural center and watched a documentary on the conscription refusal movement in israel, and then went to hamilton's for a couple of beers (i know, i know, but they were so good). since they're now serving food at hamilton's, i picked up a bowl of marinated mushrooms. tasty, but salty. then we walked to the nearby park and talked world-life for a couple hours. i am completely in love with him all over again!
today is more work (the end of my six-day work week, thank goodness), and then my boss' birthday party.
