Sometimes a man’s logic is really good. Jay and I are going to the movies tonight and because I’m female, I’m going to be compelled to put on makeup and look pretty. Jay’s logic: why are you going to get all prettied up to sit in the dark with someone who see you first thing in the morning? And God damn-it, he’s right.
So things with me have been up and down since the new year. Thankfully more ups, but those who know me know when I’m down, I’m really down.
