What is you favorite Christmas-related day that isn't December 25th? The day after Thanksgiving! I love shopping with my mom and I can make everyone start putting up their Christmas decorations…even though the ones in my room have been up forever. =)
Describe your ideal Christmas day. Try to be brief. I love waking up early and hearing the Christmas music (my parents always wake up earlier and put it on) Dustin is at my house with us and then after we open all the presents and eat breakfast we go to his house. TWO Christmases!!
Favorite Christmas song(s), and why. I love Christmas music, this is too hard…. I love LOVE the John Lennon Christmas song, it gives me goose bumps. I also love the Choral of the Bells (I think that’s what its called…) because I can picture my church choir singing it.
Describe your ideal tree. My Christmas tree forest is my ideal tree…. All different kinds, sizes, and colors…decorated in all different ways. It’s the only way to have it =)
Now describe what it usually looks like (if something else). Like a Christmas maniac lives in my room. Because that’s what I am. There’s a tree that everyone likes in my room.
Do you usually spend Christmas in one place, or hop around, trying to visit everyone possible? Hop around between my family’s and Dustin’s. It’s fun. Lots of happiness all around
When do you open presents? We open two presents on Christmas Eve @ my house, one is always Christmas PJ’s… then we open everything else Christmas morning.
Favorite gift you've ever received on Christmas: ohhh I don’t know. That’s really hard. For our first Christmas together, Dustin got me the entire series of The Wonder Years. I love it. And it was so sweet.
Do you put much effort or hope into stockings? Yes. I love stockings. They’re great for fun little gag gifts.
How about Christmas cards? I try but I don’t have very many people to send them out to =/
If you have pets, do they get gifts? YES!! Lol I get all upset if I can’t find something…like they care.
What are your shopping habits? I shop early and try to get what I can and then end up having to buy things at the end anyways because Dustin refuses to shop until the last minute =)
Wrapping habits? We wrap presents up in the attic. We have a “wrapping center” up there with Christmas lights and a radio for Christmas music. Wrapping presents up there with Dustin and/or my mom and singing Christmas music at the top of my lungs is on of my favorite parts of Christmas. I’m tearing up just thinking about it.
Eating habits? I love Christmas food. I love the dinners and the cookies. It’s bad. =/
