I'm in a delightful mood. =)
When I was driving home from church choir tonight there were so many lightning bugs in the air I felt like I was traveling at hyperspeed like in Star Trek. That mixed with the real lightning was beautific.
I've started re-reading HP in preparation for the final book. I have a theory that the "deathly hollows" of the last book has something to do with the fact that Harry's parents died at Godric's Hollow...I think it would bring it full circle if the "final showdown" took place there. That's just me, though...I'm a geek. Hee.
I've decided that someday I *will* open a restuarant that serves only dessert with a focus on creme brulee. In preparation for that, I have been experimenting with various flavors...last night was coconut with a hint of orange and a pinch of cinnamon, and tonight is an orange rum flavor. Yum for desserts!
I just discovered the awesomeness of my dad's old record collection. We have always had boxes and boxes in the basement, but I never explored them. I'm currently making my way through oodles of the fabulous Elton John on vinyl. It's insane-amazing. Duh.
Okay, time to finish the creme brulee.
